Florenza obtains the Prize for Industrial Performance

As we constantly want to improve our performances, we have participated to the one-year Lean Production Programme (LPG). Our team and an independent consultant were involved in LPG. After a thorough analysis of the Florenza company, several action plans were carried out over the year.

The 3 LPG principles we based our action on were:

• to constantly improve and adapt;
• to do no more and no less than necessary;
• to rely on men and women, the strength of the company.

These principles are applied every day.

In May 2003, at the end of the programme, the Florenza company obtained the Prize of Industrial Performance (see and/or doxnload the article and the price).
